Hey folks,

Thought would share some ideas on enjoying this Halloween season without that 3 letter word ..F*A*T sneaking in on you.

So……Here’s a weird, but Fool-Proof 4-Step Halloween Trick you can use to prevent yourself from packing on pounds and actually burn belly-flab during Halloween (or any holiday for that matter)

First, take a moment to identify any events you have in the upcoming week that may challenge you to stick to your fat-loss plan. For example, a Halloween party that will tempt you with lots of fattening, sugar-packed treats. 

On the day of the party, follow this Simple 4-Step Plan that will allow you to enjoy yourself and stay in a “fat-burning zone“: 

Step 1. Create 24Hour Thermo FatBurn

a.)  Sneak in an extra 15 – 20 minute workout. 
b.)  Be more active. For example, play soccer or tag with your kids instead of reading the morning paper or watching TV. 

Step 2. Pre-Halloween Party Calorie Control

Instead of adding oil, butter, eggs, and milk/water to your cake or muffin mix, use the following:

           – One 16-ounce can of pumpkin (puree, not pie mix)
